Help pls on pokemon shinygold gameboy version

Well...I need help on pokemon shinygold...I seem to cant get into the Lighthouse and cant find a way to go into the underground door locate at Violet city...And the oldman on the legendary tower wants a rainbow wing but where can i get that == pls help me asap.. thanks ^^
