rattata evolves...?

ok peoples i cought a shiny rattata and i wanna know what lvl it evolves on... i dnt normally care for rattata's but yeah... ITS SHINY so any one tell me what lvl it evolves on??

Are you gonna use the shiny Rattata? You should, with the right strategy, Raticate can be better than you might think.

Yeah as orange said Raticate can be better that you think, and you can show off with him because he is shiny!
