I got a great Egg-Moved Vire off the GTS. Problem is, after checking Serebii, I saw that it has minimum stats in everything. So I set off feeding it Proteins and Carbos's but it only takes in 10vitamins of each stat. I'm aware that each vitamin is 10 EVs, but why will it only eat 10 of each? BTW, I can't train it; it's lvl 100.
EDIT: Oops, does this go on a different board?

I don't believe that a level 100 Pokemon is able to eat Proteins / Carbos / etc.

it ate 10 of each then abrubtly stopped

Because the max is 10 :/ but with poor IVs, it's not worth using anyways.
