I actually think that Dragonite looks good, not sure on EVs or Nature, but ti has element of suprise and Bolt Beam, look uber shexy

If you want the subpuncher, it won't want too much speed really. Or, it doesn't need much, rather. Though TTar runs it better...101 subs FTW.
