EV/Macho Brace/Exp. Share help

Just something I was wondering.

Say I have a Pokemon fighting while it has the Macho Brace equipped, and a weaker pokemon is holding the Exp Share, will the weaker Pokemon with the Exp. Share benefit from the effects of the brace (doubled EVs) as well as the pokemon equipped with the brace?

Nope, he gets EVs but at normal rate, rather than the other one that got the Macho brace bonus...
But there's already a thread on that, I'm pretty sure that Shiny Umbreon wrote it (sorry if it isn't)
