Best possible way, make Poffins with a friend, so they have higher levels.

I'd imagine you'd feed it a lot of Dry poffins. Try making Poffins from the strongest stuff on this list (http://serebii.net/berrydex-dp/dry.shtml), and you should have good Poffins in no time.

Pamtre Berries would be the best to use when making the Poffins, but Wiki Berries are acceptable (I think).

My file is over 100 hours long and the berries have died off or have been used. lulz And it's not easy to just start a file and go from there. I have over a ton of old teams/breeding Pokemon on this file, so I can't just save over them.

That doesn't mean that it's impossible to get berries ever again, and I never said anything about starting over. For example, the Berry Master gives away free berries every day, and so do other people as well, I think. As long as you can get one of the right berry, you can plant it, water it, pick it, and replant it until you have a lot more. All it takes is some diligence and patience (I have over 50 of each EV-reducing berry sitting in my bag).
