Fleeing legendaries are annoying aaa it takes me usually forever to find them even with the poketch and then they suck. My Latias had 19 as her highest IV and also a lot of single digit ones too.. And my Mesprit was Adamant so I don't even want to check its IVs because I can sense they're bad... ._.

Eww Probopass freaks me out. And Tangrowth. Heatran/Regigigas never really served no purpose to me either.

The fact that Gardevoir can't breed with Alakazam.

Okay, yes, I know that's an extremely weird statement, but it stems mostly from the complete fail I experienced when I attempted to use a Ralts and Abra as metaphors for a couple of characters' relationships in one game I run. That is, the boy had Abra, and the girl had Ralts. As they grew up and grew closer together, the Abra eventually evolved into a Kadabra, while the Ralts eventually evolved into a Kirlia at the exact same time to symbolize how close the two characters were getting. I meant to have their final evolution indicate the fact that the two characters have fallen deep in love, but then I realized that the two Pokemon aren't even part of the same Egg Group, which means attempting to use them in a love metaphor is completely awkward.

On top of that, I never understood why Gardevoir, who looks fairly human compared to what is in the humanshape group, couldn't be part of said Egg Group. Also, it destroys the fact that I used to think Alakazam and Gardevoir looked cute together.

Outside of that bout of complete weirdness...

1. The fact that I can never catch Onix with one Ultra Ball, even when their health is at the low end of the red part of the spectrum, they're paralyzed, they're at level 8, and my Pokemon out is both stronger and faster and could beat that stupid rock snake to a pulp. Maybe it's just me, but the Onix line simply refuses to stay in a freaking ball of any sort.
1a. The fact that I need Onix to complete my personal challenge of creating a living Pokedex.

2. Word to Itachi. Wobbuffet with lipstick. Lol whut?

Fourth Gen Pokemon aren't that good; Most look bad, play bad, and sound bad. There are exceptions, like a few legends, and previous-generation evolutions (Eletrivire!!!)

hahah yeah i hate pika too, they build up a huge rep for it to be the best poek evur (ash's uberchu) then make it hard to get ex. pikachu in RB, ugh all i find r weedles!!! adn then the kids find out it sucks, at least now its easy to catch but it dissopoints little kids knowing uberchus are impossible to get w/o AR...

I also hated the playable DP girl just because of her clothes. Comparing both hats, the boy's definitely better IMO.

The fact that the pixie trio shares the same type. I wouldn't mind if they all had different second types. Mew copycats.

Yes, but when people choose Pokemon they don't even like just to defeat someone is very annoying to me. I don't see the point in soft-resetting for natures, HP etc. My Pokemon have done well in-game and over wi-fi so far, and I don't EV and IV.

One thing that annoys me is how such a large percentage of legendaries are Psychic type. I don't know much about the D/P legendaries, but there are certainly enough Psychic-type legendaries in the first three generations. Are they implying that this type is "superior" to other types?

Another thing that annoys me is how Charmander and Cyndaquil (and their evolved forms) have the same base stats. The only major differences I see are their first evolution levels (16/14) and their slightly different movesets. It's bad enough that they're the same type (Charizard excluded, since it has a Flying element), but do they have to have the same base stats and practically the same movesets as well?
I guess the fact that they're in different breeding groups adds a bit of variety, but still, two Fire-type starters with identical base stats is a bit much.

You know what really anooyed me in D/P? I'm in the Battle Tower one fight away from the Tower Tycoon and the only Pokemon I have left is my Empoleon. Then the trainer springs a Parasect with Dry Skin on me, and I didn't have any moves besides Water on it. That just added to how much I really hate it.

Oi! Agreed. I swear it wasn't that way back in RSE and before. Why they decided to add that neat little feature in DP is beyond me.

Oh, and another thing to add to the list of things that annoy me: moments when the game is "saving a lot of data." Back in RBY to FrLg, if you caught a Pokemon or passed a milestone in the game, the wait time was always the same when you saved. Now, after you hit a milestone, if you're running low on battery and don't have the charger handy, your milestone is as good as gone. Otherwise, you can set the game down, get up, go to the bathroom, maybe make a sandwich, come back, and it'll just get off the save screen.

Pokémon Diamond and Pearl are so much slower than the earlier games... I mean the speed in battles but also when you go. That annoys me a lot.

First Generation:

- The fact that Psychics were the dominant type of the metagame.
- Whenever it says "You missed the Pokemon" when trying to a catch legendary or Safari Zone Pokemon.

Second Generation:

- Element stones were very hard to come by.
- Just about everyone in the game were underleveled compared to the previous generations. The first gym leader's Pokemon are below Level 10 for crying out loud.

Third Generation:

- Seeing that god awful text font in R/S everywhere. Good thing that get rid of that when FR and LG came out.
- Rock smash became an HM.

Fourth Generation:

- Everything feels so slow compared to the other generations.
- The Great Marsh in general is annoying.
- Way too many legendaries in this game.

The clone Pokemon annoy me, also. I mean, c'mon. I don't really think you need to of the almost same Pokemon. One is good enough, the second "versions," you could call them, seem to be weaker, to me at least.

EVs and IVs are just bleh to me, I dislike them, kinda kills the fun. I tried to get into that kind of stuff long ago, but it made me just get made at my Pokemon. xD So I stopped and just played the game like its made for... to have fun! :]

Another few thing that annoys me is Pokemon that can only learn a few moves (even if it's frist evolution), it is just a bit annoying to me. I don't know why. And, the mass amount of legendaries that there are now. I mean there is about twenty different ones. Its just too much.

I'm getting a bit annoyed with that too, it sounds rock hard to do yet everyone on this forum does it. Also, I start to understand what the hell EVs are then IVs come along.

I bet I wont be complaining about this soon though as I'll do the Poké League and start to learn what they are.

Still even though I'd suck at competitive battling becuase of it I will only use the Pokémon I want to use competitively (This also should get me some good trades for myself)

i had no idea that a Sabertooth Tiger (Raikou) REALLY did look like a DOG!!!

I finaily came up with a idea of how to avoid Tentacools and golbats!

Golbats and Tentalcools, well, they are just little things for me.
You get level 40 golbats in victory cave,
and well... tentacools, you get them nearly everywhere!

All you need is a electric pokemon and a repel.
Also, Tentacool and golbat's weakneses are both electric, so i get my Electrode or something.

Ok, supesonic, just use a yellow flute.
Mean look? Easy! Simply use a electric move like lighting.
And air cutter's just rubbish. It just do 10 damage on my electrode...

Just kill them, and u get exp! If you don't want to kill them, hit them once then run.

repels doesn't work on pokemon higher than you so i use a spell tag.

Don't you mean Cleanse Tag? O.o Spell Tag only boosts the power of Ghost-type moves. It doesn't have the ability to repel Pokemon.

Personally, I've tried the Cleanse Tag in GSC, and it never seemed to work that well for me (which also kinda annoys me). So, I never used it since. =/
