I always say Adaptability on Porygon-Z, I mean Tri Attacks double power, its so awesome! No idea for Regice, I used Stun Spore over Sleep powder on my Tangrowth and loved it, but Sleep powder works too.

I'm with Midnight, I like the increased STAB Tri Attack from Adaptability then Download's ATK/Sp. ATK boost. For Regice I would go with the Curse/Counter set mainly because it doesn't boltbeam (which is what you don't want).

After a curse you can survive a lot of physical attacks and use Counter for the KO. Avalanche is there for STAB and since Regice will usually go last do to its low speed you will end up activating it's effect and should do double the damage; that is if you survive an attack. Earthquake will cover fire types like Infernape on the switch.

I just realized how big of a Heracross weakness I had so I'd prefer a Pokemon who can stand up to that beetle.

Dusknoir is more of a mixed wall, but he' draw the beetle out like a moth to the Will o' Wisp. Add in Fire Punch for Super Effectivitiy.
