I was just out buying PBR when I encountered a Pokemon FireRed on the ground. I picked it up and played it after I bought PBR. My party was full of Mews Lv 10. My box was full of Mews Lv 10 too. I was like "wtf". I think it's hacked.

You should check where they were caught.

They said it was a event cartridge of Mews. The event was held on September 30th 2006. they had it then they lost it.
