Pokemon Rpg HELP!

I've been wanting to make this really cool Pokemon RPG with Rpg Maker 2003, Pokemon Halite Version,
but i dont know where or how to start. I got all the sprites and tilesets and the story, but i still dont know how to make the menu, pokedex, battle etc..

Is there any starter kit i could use to help me!

There is no starter kit for 2k3, I suggest you just move onto XP where there is a Starter Kit that will help you out, 2k3 is much harder to code for than XP aswell.
