Well your an elit leader, a steel leader in fact, you need five more steel types.

we are almost ready, two E4's and a Gym Leader and we are ready.
I told him not to be strict with steel, but make SOME not 1 steel. Just be able to balance yourself out. Use Magnamite and his evolutions. Use steelix and others like that.

Tyranatar (When ready)-Rock/Dark
Gallade (Untill Tyranitar is ready)-Psychic/Fighting3.

EDIT: piloswine, delibird, jynx, glalie, glaceon, mamoswine, and froslass are all ice, i hope that helps.
