I have been looking over my idea for my dark/ghost team, and have now come up with this setup.

I think it deals with a few problems, just to let people know I have not played since silver, so I am still a bit new to the 4th gen games.

So this is my idea so far, though I am still pondering the 6th pokemon. Part of me thinks Weavile, or maybe Tyranitar...

(Leader)
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Hp / 129 Def / 129 Sp.Def
Relaxed Nature
- Will-o-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Dark Pulse
- Hp(Dragon)/Calm Mind

(Special wall?, tank?)
Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Def / 204 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Shadow Sneak / Shadow Punch
- Fire Punch / Thunderpunch
- Will-o-Wisp
- Pain Split

(Special Sweeper)
Gengar @ focus sash/life orb/choice specs
Ability:Levitate
Timid Nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Speed / 252 Sp.Attack
-Hypnosis / HP(Ice)
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast

Houndoom @ Focus Sash
Timid Nature
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 Sp Atk
-Flamethrower
-Dark Pulse
-Hp(Ground) / Hp(Fighting)
-Nasty Plot

A little departure from my dark ghost theme (though not much), atm I am thinking of one of these two layouts.

Sharpedo @ Choice Band
Trait: Rough Skin
EV's: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Waterfall / Aqua Jet
- Crunch / Night Slash
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake.

Sharpedo @ Choice Band
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Double-Edge
- Hydro Pump

Remember, Mismagius can be a decent option. ;)

Mismagius @ Leftovers / Wise Glasses / Colbur Berry
Trait: Levitate
EV's: 116 HP / 140 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball
- HP [Fighting] / Thunderbolt
- Will-o-Wisp / Substitute.

YAY!!! Sharpedo!!! :D

Sharpedo with a Choice Scarf is probably the best way to go. With a Choice Band, Sharpedo still has numerous pokemon that pose as a threat to it.

On Dusknoir - Shadow Sneak > Shadow Punch. It counters Ninjask and puts an end to most pokemon teams that rely on a Speed Boost.

Scarf you may prefer for that weird Shark thing, but not for those reasons. Sharpedo is just dugtrio without arena trap if you ask me. you might as well just run a hit and run operation to hammer switch-ins, but that's more personal preference ;)

Hmm then would you recomend me dropping sharpedo for another one to replace physical sweeper?
