help with a shiny riolu

okay i just got a legit shiny riolu so im wondering what moves, item, berries, and ev's to give it, i just joined a league(on anotha site) so im trying to build up new pokemon.
heres its stats:

Just because it is the "noob" pokemon, doesn't mean it isn't any worse. It is actually a great choice because of the reason you gave, it has a great Move Pool and Stats to go with it.

Aura Sphere 2HKO's Blissey, Psychic 1HKO's Heracross without a Defensive style (Doubtful you will see one with a defensive style...:P) Dark Pulse for flinch chance, while Shadow Ball to hit opponents a tad harder.

Actually Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball hit the same; they are just there to kill opposing Ghost Types.

Since your's is Modest, I'd go with Choice Specs or Scarf if you want more Speed.
