Any good? I've never undergone a serious breeding program before.

Level 1 isn't the best time to use a IV Caculator. x.X Try Level 20 with the rare technique on Metalkid's IV Caculator (http://www.metalkid.info/Pokemon/OnlineProgram/Calculators/IV.aspx)

I did an IV battle, and calculated them at level 100.

Then no, those aren't go. Ideally, you'll want 29-31 IVs in Attack, Speed, and HP.

Ah. Well, to be honest, that really isn't good. x.x I'd go for a lot higher. And the Speed is perfect. Edit: Beaten by Loquacity.

Oh well.....it knows Dragon Dance, so I can boost it's attack in battle. Plus, shiny.

Hmm... I still would shoot for higher IV's, and Shinies don't have good stats, usually. IMO. And you could get a much higher boost, then with those Attack IV's, if you had higher IV's. Plus, it could sweepe better.

Yeah, but I like having a shiny team.

Well, it won't be as good as a great IV'd Team, and you'll get destroyed. XD.

Pffft...I have shiny Pokemon with great IVs, too. Almost perfect in all stats.

Well, I'd Rebreed this one, as the Main Topic is Larvitar. IMO.

I aplaud the Shinyness of the DD Larvitar, but the thing is, that unless it can put up fisticuffs, most shinies are rather useless.
Low Atk IVs and very low Defensive IVs, That Tyranitar will get destroyed in battle.
besides, at neutral nature, the highest speed you can get that tyranitar to is 221. That is way slower than my Golduck which would kill you with a 4x Cross Chop and Cloud Nine ability surpresses your sand stream which allows for my use of my occasional focus sash.

i reckon you should stick with that. though not the best, shinies seem to bring evryone luck. my shiny pelipper is very lucky and very strong and i love him lots and lots and yay.

And that's why you give it DD.
