First off, Neutral natures on any Pokemon is a very, very bad idea.
On Gardevoir: Dream Eater is simply unwanted, unless you're facing a Pokemon that you KNOW has Rest. ReSTalking Heracross is a favorite target, but it's very rarely done. You're better off with Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Calm Mind, Wish, Destiny Bond, or a Hidden Power.
On Weavile: Always use Adamant or Jolly for Weavile. Also, Choice Band AND Agility? What are you planning to do, make Weavile run around and hope that it randomly collides with the enemy? [/sarcasm] Seriously, he's fast enough without it. The rest of the moves are fine. Replace Agility with something like Aerial Ace or Brick Break.

I don't do EV training Darkblade, I don't really understand it fully yet to be EV training

On Honchkrow: Again with the neutral nature... Yes, it does have special sweeper potential, but Physical sweeping is oh-so-much better.. Why you even gave it the unnecessary Night Shade is beyond me. Run Brave Bird or Drill Peck at least. This is an amazing Breloom counter. Let its trait be Insomnia and watch Breloom either switch out, or get OHKO'd by your chosen Flying-type attack. Maximize Attack and Speed EVs. Pursuit instead of Night Slash for any Psychics that try to switch out when bring Honchkrow in.

If you plan to take teams competitively, you need to understand and undertake in EV training. Without it, don't expect success. And Banette is Ghost, not Dark.

Then perhaps it's time you start learning about it. It's not that hard to figure out. I'll make it easy for you.
- Every 4 EVs adds to a stat
- You fight certain Pokemon to add to your EV count.
- Macho Brace doubles EV count.
- PokeRus Doubles EV Count.
- Power Belt / Bracer / Anklet / Lens / whatever the other ones were, raise EV Count of a specified stat by 4 after a match.
- See See Serebii.net for more details. (http://serebii.net/games/evs.shtml)

For future reference, please post the actual names of the Pokemon and not the pictures. You have no idea how many times I had to scroll down just to see what the Pokemon.
Also, your biggest worry is the throbbing Heracross & Tyranitar weakness. Mono-Teams are all going to share the same type weakness, and it's going to turn into an epic failure.
