Scizor: Whoa, whoa... A special attack? It gets STAB, sure, but it's just not worth the trouble. Use X-Scissor instead. And if you really want a recovery move, go with Roost. More PP, and not contradicted by sucky weather.

Poliwrath: No King's Rock... Hax items are not fun. Change EQ for Waterfall so you get double STAB. Good luck at not getting PHazed.

Ninetales: Timid Nature, 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP, Wide Lens. Heat Wave + Hypnosis + Energy Ball + Nasty Plot. A lot of Pokemon do better than Ninetales as a Special Sweeper, but this is given props for his ability to Hypnotize.

Hariyama: Bulky as he may be, he's got below average defenses to back him up. Go for Thick Fat so you can take Fire and Ice better so you can setup a Belly Drum, and proceed to sweep. Force Palm may be an option for extra paralysis support to make up for Hariyama's laughable speed. Thunderpunch should also be considered. Max out HP and Speed.

Hariyama has a good HP that might let it survive a turn. So don't use Focus Sash.

Grudge and Confuse Ray are both horrible. Confuse Ray can be solved by a simple switch and Grudge is sacrificing your life to get rid of only one move T.T

Confuse Ray isn't really horrible. Don't undervalue the power of forcing a switch.
