So im a bit rusty with pokemone teams, here is the pokemon I want and are starting to get and i Need help with somethings

Electivire @..... which item is best? What EVS should I go?
which nature is best...?
- Thunderpunch
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake
- Cross Chop

I currently have 10 elekids. I plan to breed the two with tbets looking stats ... at lvl 9 together... have a bay ele kid, and then what is the next step? I breed it with machoke? machop? who do i breed with with to get earthquake and cross chop, and is the better the machop I breed it with the better the elekid will be?

Where could i find an everstone?

Snorlax @leftovers... which evs?
which nature is best...
- Rest
- Belly Drum
- Body Slam - max the pp out
- Sleep Talk

I was thinking about increasing the PP of body slam, and having it as the sole attacking move at the price of puting my enemy to sleep? Sortof trying to get away from the most standard and common movesets

Gyrados@ best item/ 252 attack evs.... and what else should i invest in?
Adamant
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang

Alakazam@focus band, allowing alakzam one more hit? evs? unsure of
- Pyschic
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Open... I already have an electric pokemone, fire and ice types covered... thus not sure what should be put in this spot.

Crobat@ unsure of item... and evs
- Haze
- Confuse Ray
- Toxic
- Fly

Fly using its attack stat, and also when crobat flys up the enemy's attack misses meaning he hurts him self in poision again and possibly confusion without touching crobat. Im open to a total change here, I really a good annoyer pokemone and crobat seems somewhat weak.

NUMBER 6:
Suggustions, according to the formula your meant to have one tank/ annoyed or a mixed special sweeper... if anyone can think of any sortof good pokemone thta would slot well into my team please go ahead and tell me, or mayhbe one of that covers lots of types.

I know what i wnat just need help with evs, items and some moveset help thanks!

Some advice...

Adamant nature would probaly be the best for Electivire.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Lax Nature
EVs:255 HP/ 255 DEF
-Curse
-Double Edge
-Brick Break/Rest
-Crunch/Rest

-Body Slam is weak.
-Belly Drum cuts half of your HP, you want Snorlax to stay alive as long as possible, once this is used, a physical sweeper can easily take it down. Therefore, we have Curse in it's place
-Sleep Talk would mean you could only use Body Slam or Belly Drum. 50% chance of not attacking is too high of a risk =P

Focus Band only has about a 20% of working, Focus Sash has 100%. But then again, Alakazam doesn't have enough HP and Def to be building up stats. So I would recommend this.

Alakazam @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature
EVs: 255 Sp.Atk 255 Spd
-Psychic
-Energy Ball
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast

Now about Crobat, I don't really know sets, but I do know that any move that takes another turn to attack is fail, because it would give your enemy a chance to recover or boost a stat. I also know that Confuse Ray is fail without Mean Look, since you could just switch out to recover from it.

For your last Pokemon, I would recommend a Special Tank/Wall, or whatever you call a Pokemon that is a Wall and uses Special moves. Something like a Dusknoir and Spiritomb would be good.

Also, these kinds of things go in Strategies and Movesets.

Just get a Bulbasaur family Pokemon that knows Double edge, breed it with a Turtwig family pokemon, level up the Turtwig until it learns Curse, then breed it back with the Snorlax.

Check bulbapedia (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Main_Page).
They have all the move set's etc. and breeding.
Also Angel Shaymin has given you a pretty good set, if I were you I'd use it.
And like was said, this belongs in Strat.'s & Move Set's.

No FLY. Please. Its a horrible move on so many levels.

Crobat @Black Sludge/Leftovers
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd (<-- ?)
Jolly Nature
-Cross Poison/Air Slash
-U-Turn/Brave Bird
-Hypnosis
-Roost/Hidden Power [Ground]

EDIT: 100th post, whoo...

Sleep Incuder looks something like this, Spice Curry:

Crobat @ Choice Specs / Choice Band / Leftovers / Black Sludge
Trait: Inner Focus
EV's: 164 HP / 92 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Jolly Nature
- Hypnosis
- Air Slash / Aerial Ace
- Hp [Ground] / Cross Poison
- Dark Pulse / U-Turn. Also, for the record, 6 EV's is kinda... Wierd. There's nothing wrong with 4 HP.

^ Thanks. I keep on losing the EV spread ... >_<

Electivire @ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 176 Spd / 80 SpA
Ability: Motor Drive
- Thunderpunch
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Cross Chop

[b] Pretty standard.

You can run Lonely for the Nature, but a numerous amount of people use Adamant, and I don't know why. x.X Low Kick, believe it or not, is an option over Cross Chop Combat, but Cross Chop is way cooler. Again, Thunderbolt is an option over Thunderpunch if you like to kick Skarm's ass. Thunderpunch destroys Milotic, on the other hand. So It's just a matter of who threatens your Team more.

I think you meant Cross Chop. Also, Brick Break is an option too, even though it's not the best choice.

try this if snorlax fails you.

lickilicky@lefties
impish/adament
own tempo
evs : 252 hp, 152 def, 100 atk

curse
body slam
explosion
gyro ball

this pokemon with only one curse can ohko a skarm with explosion. and its a great wall. gyro balls power is increased with every curse because curse lowers speed, and body slam can paralyze annoying enemies.
