Eevee Breeding

Ok, so as assuming as much Eevees are one of those most wanted perfectly breed pokemon so ones Umbreon, or Jolteons could be perfect, right?

Maybe, don't know my, question is, if you breed a jolteon and a vaporeon, will the resulting eevee be hatched with a thunderbolt?

No because Thunderbolt (or any elemental move) is not a move obtainable by breeding with Eevee.
