Well, it all looks good already, just Charm>Fake Tears due to Glaceon not having good Def.

Glaceon's Base Defense is 110. O_o; It's its HP that stinks.

not too shabby a Glaceon idea.
I have 2 at the moment, one Bold, and one Timid...
The Timid one works really good when its choice scarfed and it's rocking HP Ground
and the Bold, I really like because of its overall stats, great for setting up Hail

I agree. Whoever came up with the English names really flushed their creativity down the toilet bowl when they came up with nonsense like "Glaceon." D:
As for your moveset, it looks pretty solid. No flaws as far as I can see =]
Glaceon's speed and HP suck though =[

i'd give it chople berry for an item. also, fake tears is not that good of a move when it doesn't have substitute to protect it from status.
also, choice specs for more power is always an option.

Chople berry lowers fighting dmg I believe? ._. T-wave isn't gonna affect that much though :/

why a chople berry when it could rock an Enigma berry..

because it won't survive a STAB Close Combat even with MAX hp evs. the idea is to survive a CC and revenge kill with STAB ice beam. otherwise, it needs substitute if you want it to be worth your while. that's why it should run Choice Specs anyway. it'll be able to do a lot more damage to pokes like Heracross who think they can make an easy switch into ice beam.

I'd use Glaceon, if he were just a bit faster, and had a more versatile move pool. Looks good though. I gave mine shadowball in place of fake tears / charm, simply because of switching. All that stat lowering can go to waste quickly.

HP [Fighting]>HP [Electric] IMO.
With Fake Tears and HP [Fighting] it can beat Blissey which is a huge plus. It hits Weavile and Tyranitar who are both problems for Glaceon otherwise.
@Hata-kun: I think switching is the point.... >.>

What happens when a steel comes in and takes the hit like it's nothing? Lol, stat-lowering moves and I don't mix. Unless you've got a sub to hide behind.

Umm.....ok? Have you read my post? HP [Fighting] ring a bell?
Subs always been an option over Wish. Nothing likes a Fake Tears, they have to switch and that's the point unless then are retarded enough to take an Ice Beam to the face,.
Just trust me on this one, I did a whole analysis on this little bugger: http://z3.invisionfree.com/Pokethology/index.php?showtopic=176
