this is my starter only cryastal run. if you don't know what it means i will go the whole game with three saves and only one pokemon my starter!Cyndaquil!

Must be a detail I'm missing or something, but it... doesn't sound that hard... Probably me. When I was younger I played through the Pokemon games with pretty much only my starter, only using other Pokemon when I needed them to use HM'S and such.

By three saves, do you mean you're only going to save three times total? If so, sounds like might be more difficult.

It seems as though my computer can't bring the pictures up. Can you tell me which starters you're using. And the three saves might not be that hard either. Just leave it on while charging...

Ya but im going to play it alll day and save when i go to bed. i for got about the hms but i willl go as long as i can with out using it like dark cave i guess i will guess any way im using cyanquil

Yeah, in my opinion, you could catch other pokes for HMs and it would still be okay. Just as long as you don't use them for battle. ;)

thanks i will put them in to use the hms then store them at the next pokemon

I was going to beat Yellow with only Pikachuu, but I got tired of it and stopped. The only problem about having only 1 Pokemon is that you run out of PP.

I have the elitle four left i just forgot to update i havn't played in a while but i keepm losing

So your catching other pokemon just to use HM's? As long as you don't battle with them
in my opiniion it's still liike your doing it.

And about the elite four:
You may have to wait till your typhlosion like on level 80-100.
Also, buy lots of fullrestore and maxelixers.
