I am playing pokemon firered for the first time and I was wondering where I get the vs seeker. Currently, I've only beaten 4 gyms but I'd like to know for later on.

VS Seeker is avaliable to you in Vermillion City's Pokemon Center. Talk to the girl in there with the purple hair and she'll give it to you.

Oh, alright, I heard something about Vermillion City but I wasn't quite sure where exactly. Thanks a lot, I'm sure I'll be using it.
