Okay, I was told by this old man on the game that to find the dungeon I have to burn a bush, okay what bush do I burn lol there's LOADS of them.

Uh....dunno how to explain it. But, it sounds like you're headed toward the eighth dungeon. The bush in question is in the lower section of the eastern wooded area. Look around the cross-like intersection.

it's the 8th Dungeon. The bush in in N7 and is on the path.
