Well techiqually none of the villains on One Piece are dead. No villains on ONe Piece are killed. Oda (One Piece creator) doesn't kill them because he thinks seeing their (The villains) dreams crashing/failing is worse then death.

If I had to bring back a defeated villain then it would be the sand Croc. Crocodile. Now he had class.

oh hummm. I don't think I'd really want any of the villains back. Oda's good at making them unliked. And besides, a lot have showed up on the front covers of each chapter, including Enel.

I suppose I wouldn't mind seeing some of the CP9 members return, particularly Kaku, he was the nicest of the lot.

Uhh, I liked Mr 1's devil fruit power, it was pretty cool. But seeing as Zoro already defeated him, there's really no point to him coming back.
