Which held items does everyone use??

Are the plates the best?

Because iv found other items that boost water, rock.. etc.

Just wondering if there is a difference in what they add to your Pokemon.

I use Poison Barb on my Drapion, just to up its attack.

Most people will agree the 10% boost from items aren't worth using, mainly because most pokemon will only have one move of a single type each. The most used items are probably:
Choice Items
Lefties
Focus band
Life Orb

Thats off the top of my head, im bound to have missed a couple out.

Yes, what he said. I use Lum Berry, Expert Belt, and Shell Bell, too, but for more specific reasons. I'm not really the kind of person who likes Choice items but they're good anyway. The plates suck, by the way, unless there is a very specific strategy with them.

The stat boosting berries were widely used in RSE, and still have some use now. But Leftovers is the most used one by far. Heat/Damp Rock are used on weather teams, and Shed Shell on Skarmories.

i use shell bells or leftovers mostly -i find the regain of exp is really useful

also, if i find items that boost certain types of attacks eg. dread plate, soft sand, etc or something like that, then i also use those

As Shiny said, I use Draco Plate, but it works for a specific strategy.

I think grumpig using trick with a macho brace deserves a mention. That strategy is really good :P

Yeah, choice items and lefties are the bulk of items used, also life orb.
