You can only use last resort when its the only move left, so
I chose anbipom and only gave it to it because:

1: Good Speed 110
2: Good Attack 100
3: STAB
also the choice band was because, you can only use one move, dang anbipom wasting all my pp ups

I'm not gonna go in-depth of the flaws I see (which isn't many, so don't worry) but definately give your Ambipom fake-out. It's a free first hit, and they flinch obviously. It's nice to have that little bit of damage done to them (actually, it can sometimes be a lot) before you Last Resort like crazy. Just a suggestion.

Nothing on this team can switch into heracross or electivire to save its life. Skarmory beats scarfcross, but it can't take repeated abuse as it lacks a recovery move. Replace sub with roost.

Really, most CB attackers have no probem wearing down skarmory and then beating down the rest of your team. Get a rock resist like swampert or claydol to help you out.

do you think i should replace anbipom with snorlax, he has better defence and hp but lacks speed

should i replace my skymory with a stealth rocker tyranitar or rhyperior and get rid of a pokemon and and add another physical wall?
