I have a Manaphy Lv. 12. I have one Gym Badge. It won't obey me. Why is that???

Did you obtain the Manaphy in a trade? If so, I believe that's your problem.

it wont obey him because there is a certain gym leader u have to beat before your traded pokemon to obey u

You will need the Forest Badge off Gardenia in the Eterna City Gym which is the second gym and then Pokémon up to level 30 will obey you traded or not!

did you hatch it from an egg yourself? or did you get it from a trade? if it's from a trade, not aa egg, then that's your problem...!

Badge two will get it to obey you.
