Is there a Action Replay cheat that makes the name rater ALWAYS make you rename Pkmn?

One of my friends needs to rename some of her Pokemon, but she always likes to put nicknames on them. Is there any codes that can make the Name Rater ALWAYS rename your Pokemon regardless of trades and non-original OTs?
