Very, very, very nice team you have there! How did you get the Latias? From an Eon Ticket? I would say it is almost perfect! Just finish raising the Latias! I give it a 9/10!

Hmm... I'm not sure if it is such a good idea to have Hydropump, surf AND water pulse on your milotic. Remember, try not to have more than two STABed moves of the same type on any pokemon. I'm not sure about the Legends, but i think your metagross should look something like this:
Metagross;Adamant@liechi berry
-Agility
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Shadowball/sludgebomb/psychic
Not quite sure about the blaziken, I just know that you might want to consider flamethrower over blaze kick. Your salmence looks ok, id probably recommend putting dragon claw over breath, putting in Brick Break for the Ices out there, and giving him either flamethrower or fireblast for that last move.

By looking at your team, you're going with pure power. Since you didn't post any personalities or items, I won't either; since this is ingame I won't post hidden powers. Also, why do you have two water types? Right now, your team is weak against a strong electric type.... so earthquake on Metagross is a plus. Also, I've noticed that your team is composed of mostly special sweepers. Make your Salamence a physical sweeper by giving it physical moves.
Milotic:Surf, Mirror Coat, Ice Beam, Recover
Kyogre:Ice Beam, Surf, Toxic, Calm Mind (The standard Kyogre)
Salamence: Dragon Dance, Aerial Ace, Brick Break, Earthquake
Metagross: Go with Teddy's Metagross....I would choose Shadowball as the fourth move
Blazekin: Bulk Up, Overheat, Sky Uppercut/Brick Break, Rock Slide
Latias: Psychic, Recover, Calm Mind, Dragon Claw

Kyogre - One-hit KOs are inaccurate moves...I wouldn't rely on 'em much. Perhaps replace that with a 'non-attack' like Toxic or perhaps Calm Mind. Mine knows Brick Break but I wouldn't recommend it.
Metagross - Niiiiiice! But maybe replace either Slash or Take Down with Earthquake to take care of the Electric-types.
Salamence - Meh, it's okay I guess. But Aerial Ace beats Fly any day, and Claw beats Breath.
Milotic - Too...many...Water moves...you could replace either Hydro Pump (for inaccuracy) or Water Pulse (low power) with something of a different type...
Blaziken - It doesn't really need Overheat if you get rid of Blaze Kick and have Flamethrower instead. So you replace Overheat with Rock Slide as well.
Latias - Looking good! Keep on training it!

Yeah, but one-hit KOs also tend to have low PP. Don't rely on it.

that is only because it is ingame. Accuracy of OHKO moves increase if you're higher level than the opponent. However when you're facing another lvl 100 Pokemon, it'll drop back to the 30% accuracy. Only use OHKOs for Pokemon that can't do any form of attack, like.... my Dewgong... O.o;
Too many stuff that needs changing, and I have a job interview very soon so I have no time to do a detailed change here (maybe later), but definitely refer to the sticky of Advanced Trainer's Guide to see what common mistakes this team has (3 water attacks on Ky00ber? ehh? this means quagsire > Ky00ber ^^)
