2nd. I have a shiny Jirachi. When I look on the Info page of whre I got it from etc..., and It says:

It doesnt say where its from, So does that mean its hacked? I mean I figured it is, considering I only got it for a Charmander over the GTS lol. But anyway, let me know plz TY in advance!

1. I have no idea.
2. It means it was migrated from a former game. There's a big chance it's cloned, but since that's a glitch in the game, it isn't considered as hacking.

Neither, really. Modest and Timid natures are the way to go for Latias.
