Question to surf Pikachu

hy i have a little question:
When i get a surf pikachu for example the Poktopia, can i breed the Surf move to other pikachus? And the nature of the Poketopia Pika is always the same right? and whats about IVs, are they also always the same?

You can't breed other Pichu's with surf, the nature is always the same I think it was hardy and the IV's should be different..

Like all HMs, they cannot be passed down.

HMs can be passed down, Gofre, but just if the baby can learn it, too, by natural means. So, no, you can't breed to pass Surf. Also, you wouldn't be able to because all Pokétopia Pikachu are female. The nature (hardy) is always the same but the IVs are different.
