hey I have just found out how to get them!
go under the cycle road until you see a door to a cave.don't go insidetake about 4-5 steps to your left there is another entrance hiding under neath.
walk inside and you will be in a small room go up the stairs gible only appears upstairs so this is the only way to get one.
also there are a lot of items upstairs.
