So i'm wondering here if pkmn evolution changes anything here.
Don't understand what i'm saying??
Here is an example, say i have 2 cloned Pichus with everything the same, nature, stats, etc. and i lvl both of them to lvl 100 with rare candies (eventually they will evolve to Pikachu). So now there both Pikachu, now i evolve one of them to Raichu, there bth lvl:100 now, is there a different in stats?? or does evolution change nothing except the moves it can learn??
I need to know this because i don't know if i should evolve my Pikcahu or not. (i think Pikachu looks better than Raichu).

Erm, why dont you lead by example, clone a poke and evolve them both? Yes There is a boost in stat upon evolution, but i dont know if its random or not

Yes it will change, Raichu will be a bit stronger than the Pikachu. However if you EV your Pikachu and don't EV the Raichu, it depends on how much you EV the Pikachu.

Although I believe Pikachu w/ Light Ball is strong enough for the MU/UU tier.

Just so you know.
