Sum:When it comes to Attack, he comes out. 90% of the time I pass 999 Attack and Speed to him. Cutting up HP defenders like Chansey/Blissey and the ever so popular Snorlax. Also no Tyranitar ever survives his Cross Chop, even without powerups.

If anything, protect over Detect, but since everyone in GSC had max stat pokes, the little HP recovery won't save you. HP bug or Frustration over it.

Moltres ain't uber. Sunny day, Fire Blast (or Flamethrower), and the other 2 moves... um... Wing attack and reflect?

Moltres isn't an 00ber, and you don't need to have one. Sunny Day/Flamethrower/Hidden Power (Grass)/Reflect

I have no experience with Feraligatr, but if you're going to go four attacks go Earthquake/Rock Slide/Ice Beam/Surf. You'll probably want to use another Pokemon in place of Feraligatr.
