i've posted this else where but i will say it here. ash has aged and their is proof.

watch the pichu short from the third movie. in that short they celebrate the day ash and pikachu meet cake and all. now for those of you who know a trainer starts their journey at the age of ten (thier birthday) so if ash was celebrating a year with pikachu he was technically celebrating his birthday. also look at how he is drawn now compared to old eppisodes when he is seen next to brock he is taller. also i have worked out that every 3 seasons is one year based on the pichu short. so ash is roughly 13 years of age.

Ok, back to the topic. Ash had the perfect chance with May! She's so freakin hot and she was traveling with him, he could have picked her up. Anyway, Dawn is idiotic, she loses the Hearthome City contest, ON THE APPEAL ROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't want her as a girlfriend.

I don't think Ash has or ever will fall in love with any of his friends that are girls. That would just make the anime weird. I don't see what's so wrong with guys and girls just being friends...I mean, I know people want a couple...maybe Brock can hook up with someone or something...but with Ash it would just be weird.
