This is a tool very similar to Scizz's A-Tack. It can do all the things that A-tack could do but also enables you to change the name on the Attack.

With the tool you can...
Change Attack Name
Change the base PP of an Attack
Change the Power of an Attack
Change the Accuracy of an Attack
Change the Targets you can use an Attack on
Change the Effects the Attack can do
Change the Type of an Attack
Change the chance on the Effect happening in an AttackScreen Shot:

Thankyou for using a tool made by Darthatron Inc. :)

Put these missing files (http://www.pokecommunity.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=39033&stc=1&d=1200318561) into "C:\WINDOWS\system32" and then post if it still doesn't work.

Also, why aren't your tools on your own website darthatron.com (http://www.darthatron.com)?

Ok, so.. for all the Dutch guys out here.. I translated and edited the program.
You can download it here (http://ds.npgm.nl/index.php?dir=GBA%20Tools/&file=AEP-NL.zip) if you want.

Just downloaded it, and regarding the inis folder, works with FR! so assuming it works perfectly, it's just what I was looking for weeks ago!

Thanks to you, the ninjice in marble will have 2 opportunities of doing quick learn (sketch). Cool, because they have a lot of speed and try to use it before having any attack to copy

*goes to try it*

Now, this is what i'm talking about.
This program rocks!
I've been looking for one for sometime now, i've always wanted to change certain moves (like splash, i hate it sooooo much, i don't think it deserves to do nothing)

Darthatron
January 13th, 2008, 03:06 AM
@D-Trogh: Is it just me or does that link not work?

@Teh Baro: Well, I've only tested it on FireRed and LeafGreen, and they both work great. :)

@itman1234: I also hate Splash. I want to shoot it. :D

There was meant to be another program released but it didn't get accepted for some reason... :( You can goto Darthatron.com (www.darthatron.com/?page=downloads) and download it, or click here (http://www.darthatron.com/uploads/TMEP.zip). It's a TM Editor, I suppose it should help some people.

Well than, try a cleaner rom. Maybe you need to change teh attacks before you hack, but i don't know, mine worked fine.

I just started making a hack a few days ago and downloaded a whole bunch of Tools for it, some of which hardly worked or were lacking what I want. But today, upon coming here and finding your tools, most of the things I downloaded from here have replaced the old ones. Not to mention, this is the one I've been looking for the most. For short, I really appreciate all of these tools that you've put up, you're just downright awesome. I'm definitely going to put them to good use.

I thought I'd try this tool, mainly because I'm too tired to do something in hex at the moment and I noticed a little problem in your program.
In the Atk>Def, Atk<Def, Atk=Def ; evolution, you made a mistake. You've made the level uneditable.
An example, tyrogue's evolution is 0800 1400 6A00 0A00 1400 6B00 0900 1400 ED00 ;
which shows how Tyrogue evolves at level 20.

I just thought I'd point that out.

@Darthatron
Are you going to make a program in the future that will edit the actuall level up moves of the pokemon? That is one of the most asked for programs, and i think its a great idea.

@thethethethe
I didn't know what you just said, but i think you meant that basically you can't pick what level Tyrogue evolves. That's a bug, but not a big one i guess. Unless you like tyrogue a lot.

Darthatron
January 31st, 2008, 01:48 AM
@Itman:
I am indeed going to make a program like that, but I want to Iron out any bugs in my other programs first.

@thethethethe:
No worries I'll fix it ASAP! :)

@Everyone:
Check out PEP, I have added some new features. :D

+Sneasel™

Ok, thats a good idea, bugs go first, then the new stuff.

Still, great programs you have!

Idk If this would be too hard,but could you make that the attack is either Sp.attack or phy.attack,to make the D\P pokemon in hacks more useful.
For example
Gallade with Leaf Blade,it would be pointless of Gallade learning it with its low Sp.Attack
But as I said,dont do it if its too hard

Darthatron
February 15th, 2008, 02:10 AM
I thought A-Tack could change the name? Double click something... Hell I don't remember! :)

I plan to do some research after I update PEP some more, release a PokeDex editing tool and an Item Editor and hopefully learn how to edit the animation and if it's a special attack or not. :D

YAY 100th post!!!!!!!!
