pokemon forever is always the best place to hunt down official information about the Pokemon games... i'm not surprised and if it comes from pokemon forever then certainly it's official...

for every generation of the game they're always the first site to have the english names for all of the Pokemon (a lot earlier than the official site itself which is a shame). And not surprising to see that pokemon forever is first in the race again
