Flare Blitz does not get anywhere near the power of some other moves. The power really depends on the pokemon using it, but i will say Explosion power-wise and Draco Meteor for its lack of resistances.

as archer said, it depends upon who uses the move, like my infernape got an attack that did 1440 base damage(close combat + STAB + Lairon on the other end + critical hit = dead pokemon)
so really, there is no strongest move

It's Leaf Blade for me.
It has a good amount of PP, (and you can always give it more) it has a high critical-hit ratio, and it has a power level of 70-80. (it's nerfed in the anime because it would be overly-powerful there)
Razor Leaf is pretty similar, but I like Leaf Blade the best.

I think the most powerful you can get is either a Lickilicky or Metagross CBed with 3 SD passes and the opponent's defense lowered 6 stages, and then go BOOM!

Of course, that would never happen, but I think that's the most powerful lol

Actually, Roar of Time is a pretty bad move since they leave you open to something setting up on you.
