Here's how it works. Each has 200HP. Each post supporting one Pokemon does 10 damage to the other, each vote for a Pokemon does 10 damage to the other, and each vote that they are equal restores both Pokemon's HP by 10.

Okay if anyone else besides me has evidence to support their thought ...

Gallade and Gardevoir both have a very high Special Defense. But they both have a very low Defense stat. Gardevoir will attack with Special Attacks but won't do much damage since Gallade's Special Defense is high. But Gallade can easily OHKO Gardevoir with a Physical Move by picking on Gardevoir's Defense stat.

So my answer: Gallade.

Both are actually good, I prefer gardevoir, but Gallade has superior typing and a stronger STAB attack to work with.

But seriously, ANY evidence is fine, even if it's cooler looking to you. Screaming in all caps some random thought is really annoying >.>

Gardevoir : 65 ATTACK / 65 DEFENSE / 125 SP. ATTACL / 115 SP. DEFENSE

Gallade wins technically, since it both exposes and attacks physically, poor Gardevoir stuck with Sp. Attack while Gallade's got the nice Sp. Defense...
