I can't tell the right information. But there is a lot wrong with it but one thing you can check yourself with an IV calculator is the IVs which are 0. I don't need anything else from you. I have what you have mostly.

Pk-B-ZA - A lot of pokemon are hacked. They might look legit normally, but in a program called pokesav, they can be found to be hacks.

You might think, how do I check? Well you need to have a flash cart with your pokemon save on it. That is the only way to put the pokemon in pokesav. And if you are thinking that we're pulling your leg, we're not. We did not make the rules on how to check, we only abide by them.
