The easiest pokemon to train?

What Pokemon, in your opinion, is the easiest to train? I restarted my Leaf Green and caught a Pidgey this morning at level 3, it's now level 11.

It grows faster than Burmy, and yet its Exp @ lv 100 is higher than Burmy..

Milotic because it needs only 600,000 EXP for Level 100 which as not as much as a lot of other Pokemon need. Most Pokemon need 1,000,000 EXP or more to reach Level 100.

Same with Blissey. So much easier than a freaking Wailord (1,640,000 barf)
