Secret Power - Physical Hidden Power?

I was thinking about this the other day. If you remember back, Secret Power was used to make a secret base in Gen III. Now, it has no use.

My thought is this: If there ends up being a 5th Gen, should Secret Power be made into a physical Hidden Power?

From what I have seen (as I wasn't a competitive 3rd Gen Battler), some Pokémon have been limited and dropped a tier thanks to the physical/special split in D/P. But this could be rectified if this attack was changed.

What are your thoughts?

Hidden Power lost a crapload of use in DP because it was all special, meaning pokemon like Dugtrio and Fighters that needed HP Ghost were left on the short end of the stick.

I think they should do that in all honesty to even things back up. Og course, it would uber-ize Medicham with its pseudo-shadow ball, but oh well.

Either that or just change Hidden Power to what it was before, I don't really care.

Secret Power already has a use- it's type is based on the current weather.

In WiFi, it becomes a 70-power Normal-Physical attack with a 30% chance to paralyze.

Secret Power = Physical Hidden Power? No

Natural Gift on the other hand can be used as a one-shot physical Hidden Power, as it's type and power (max 80) is determined by the held berry (which is consumed after use). This means you cannot use Leftovers or whatever other hold item you would usually want though.
