I suggest you review the advanced trainer's guide about some of the common mistakes this team commits. Go through the guide once first, then redo your team again if you want to get a step closer to succeeding in competitive battling. And if the guide is too long for you and you are afraid that it'll take up too much of your time, then just keep the team and don't join competitive battling...

Also, most of the Pokemon have very poor stats. I'm assuming you didn't EV train your Pokemon with the right natures? If you want to do competitive battling, then you have to put effort into training Pokemon. EV training isn't hard, you just need patience and have to be careful.
