rijonAdventures is quite basically a [css-span="color: #e04500;"]Pokémon FireRed[/css-span] ROM hack. It's the game that represents my personal hobby of ROM hacking, and is a project I took up quite long ago after Coolboyman needed to offload his projects. He supervises the work I do on rijonAdventures. Want more information on the game? Click on the links below!

Christmas 2008 Beta release notes
The game finishes after the Elite Four campaign. It introduces many new areas to check out (and they will be almost the same as the final version, hence why this is a "beta" release). I recommend that, so people can enjoy this new beta a lot, that you DON'T transfer your save files over if you've played a previous alpha or beta. If you do transfer your save file, you'll notice that all of the Rijon region is unlocked. Goldenrod City is incomplete in this release, however.
If you want to give this a shot, check for bugs and glaring errors and report them in this thread if you'd like.[/css-div]

It's finally the day I tour the region of Rijon. I've been looking forward to this day for many years.
It's been twenty years since my dad fought in a battle with who was once his toughest adversary for Rijon's champion title. The two are now the best of friends.
And from today, I'll be the one embarking on a big journey for which I'm sure to enjoy. As I walk through it, I hope to meet lots of new friends. Those friends may help me reach my sole aspiration - becoming the Pokémon League Champion!
That may mean though, that I will not write in my journal. Without a doubt, though, I'll have lots of things to write about when this journey comes to an end!
So here's to a great adventure![/css-div]

So, the story's quite… normal, I guess. It's not going to be so simple as the game goes by, (because you won't be collecting just eight badges). But, that's all to be detailed later!
And, to the next post of the day![/css-div][/css-div]

To utilise a brand new format. Almost blog-like, if you don't get it. :D
(So, I'm breaking double post rules? Not really. I'll be updating the rules in this forum with a new clause later.)

Well i would really like to be a beta tester.
Why? Well although i don't find major bugs i usually find the bugs that no one else bothers to find. I've had some experience. Although i wasn't a beta tester for sg and rdrol i did find a good amount of minor and a couple major bugs.
By what i mean in finding bugs no one else bothers to find i can relate that to the first bug i found is sg. The prof jump error. That is a bug that no one would have bothered to find since they most likely didn't think about checking all the ways that the script can activate, and in some cases, cause messed up movement. So basicaly... i check everything. (or at least try to)
If you don't think im good enough then its fine with me. I'll just wait a while longer until i can say i was a offical bug tester (Instead of just reporting the bugs from a public beta)

Well, I am interested in testing the game.
First of all, I'm interested since this is a very professional one and really caught my interest. I'm interested because probably testing and looking for glitches is my favourite part of playing a game.
About experience, I have officially worked as tester for Shiny Gold (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=100537) and found all the known glitches up to date in Marble (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=105257). Also, outside of this forum, I have worked testing foullump's White (you can PM him (http://www.pokecommunity.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=43135) if you want to make sure). Finally, I'm applying here since today I'm getting a two weeks holiday, so I would have a lot of free time.
So, if you chose me, I would be pretty honored. If not, I understand it, after all, it's your hack.

March 13th, 2008, 05:43 PM
Yeah, I would be availiable for the testing position too.
No glitch/error, whatever has the ability to escape my eye. I am very attentive and what not.
Along with that, I have a load of free time on my hand so I wouldn't have to rush through anything, so I would take the needed time to notice anything wrong with the game. The only game I have tested for was Twilight Illusion, by Twilite Darkrai. There was a good amount of glitches in the test version, especially the crash. I do not have much experience in the hacking world, but I would like to help/benefit you with anything I can do.
So yeah. That would be a good energy boost if I was chosen for the testing.

So if you're interested, why don't you reply to this post? When expressing interest, say why you should be a beta tester!
Note, that acceptance isn't random and is checked through. Perhaps you'll have better chances if you can prove you've beta tested a lot of hacks before.[/css-div][/css-div]
Well, I've never personally tested pokemon hacks before, as I am relatively new to the scene. I have, however, tested more proffessional mods for games like Freelancer, Battlefield 2142, battlefield 1942. Such mods include Alpha Tester for the Galactic Conquest mod, the First Strike mod (Which I have to go test in about an hour, coincidentally) and Tides of War.
I've also been a head modder for a mod called Total Realism, which ended up being merged with another mod group. I've also been playing pokemon since I was a wee boy, and still play hacks quite a bit. In any event, good luck with your project. I've been looking forward to more updates.

I'd like to be one of the Beta testers for this.
I have a strong personal interest for this hack, it's my absolute favorite one. Aiding it in it's creation would make it even more worth while for me. I have honestly not been a beta tester for any other hacks. However, I do have some experience in the whole hacking business. I have a sharp eye for scripting, mapping, and many other bugs in the games. When I hack, I strive for perfection or anything I can get close to with as little error as possible. Scouting out for glitches and some other unwanted things is one of my best qualities. I also have some free time now and then that I can burn off.
I would be extremely grateful if you were to choose me as a Beta tester, I will attempt to do my best if I were chosen. I may not have much experience bug testing for other hacks but, you need to start somewhere, right?

i'd love to be a beta tester. i loved the first and there wasn't much wrong with it, and i'm not the sort of person who would just say "ye it was good innit", i'd provide a full mreport with pro's, con's and any screenshots posting glitches/really good ideas/where you could improve something
i've got quite a bit of pc time on my hands(apart from school time) so i'll be able to play itm pretty thorughly.
so, vote for wolverfrog as beta tester!(i always wanted to say that, keke)

I would gladly help with
Beta testing of this game.
Brown, Prism and Rijon Adventures
has always been my favorite games
through my hacking life and it would be
so totally awsome to help with this hack
as it's the one I've been following most
during it's making.
(Even more then Shinygold... no offense zel)
And I also am a great BETA tester as I
am very skilled in the english language
and easily spots any text errors.
I talk to every person in a town, walk into
every house, and check every signpost
(I almost talk with every empty tile
that looks interesting :P)
I really hope I'll be chosen as
a Beta tester. :D

I would be so glad to help you! I really want to be part of your hack. I am great in mapping. I have the newest Version of Advance Map now. AM_1.90. I am only a Moderate (example: playing video games at the Medium Difficulty) Mapper. I can't do the new feature that let's you change your maps a new way or whatever, so. If you want, I can also try to put, not make, music in your game using Sappy.

well hiroshi(can i call you that?) i'm not here to beta test but i can find glitches in the game that are usually hard to find.
and sorry if its not in the first post but grandpokemonmaster i think he is only looking for beta testers.not mappers.
but if i may,i suggest you change the school building in seashore town.
and if you want to/can, you should change the meowth script and make the "flash"

I have always admired this game and its creator.
Good luck and sorry if i'm making offtopic posts.
and i can check for some errors like border block because i usually check stuff like that out.

Hello Hiroshi. I would like to apply for the position of a Beta Tester. I'm interested in the position for a number of reasons.
Firstly, I'm really interested in your project. It looks very well put together, and very neatly polished. What's more is the level of presentation. The blog-esque format you're using to display your work is a wonderful, fresh idea. It's got me hooked, and I can't wait to see more.
My second reason is a little selfish, really. I'm new here, and I've been going about the forum trying out all these different Hacks. I'm really impressed with everyone's work, and it got me thinking "Hey, I can do one of these too". So, I'd like to participate in the effort of making a great hack, no matter what the position. Any experience I can get will help me become a better Hacker. I'm sorry. I wish I had a better reason.
Regardless of whether I'm chosen or not, I still support this hack, and I can't wait to try it out. Looking forward to future spoilers!

To this point, I must comment. I'm not looking for help on any area besides beta testing as I intend to do everything from start to finish (with some help) on my own. I'm a very capable person with the game, so asking for a position of staff… isn't so good.
There are a bunch of interesting submissions so far. I'll be making the difficult choice of picking quite soon.

I would like to apply for the beta testing program. I have been a beta tester for RijonAdventures before, but here at PC I have made new account so you might not recognize me. (The newest username for my old account is Martin Yiu. Note that I am not using it anymore. You might have known me either as Sugimori or Matt NG, not sure of those.) Anyway, when I saw this opportunity to test the game again, I would like to join in and help you get rid of any bug that could be found.
Why should I be a beta tester? ...Hmmm, hard to answer. I am really precise when testing games, so I talk to everyone and go through every place in the game. And so I can bring really nice results when testing.
Hope that being a former tester and a precise gamer is a reason good enough to accpet me as a tester again. I think RijonAdventures is a game really worth of playing, and therefore I would like to get additional fun from it ^^
Cheers!

There are new tiles; just not tiles that are overworld-wide. What's wrong with FireRed and LeafGreen's tilesets? If you can't use them right, then it's wrong. If you can use them right, then there's no need to change them, in my opinion.

And there's one way to get into them; through the Hotel! This area is not available in the public beta. There's a small oversight that may allow you to access the exterior suites and the spas, but this may lead to a game-ending glitch. It has been corrected in a small beta rerelease which you can download on the first page.

Access through the old man in the Hotel once you've gotten to a certain point.

You may accidentally smash into the women's spa by a not-so-obvious means (or if you're a girl player, vice versa). If you're a boy, you're invading the privacy of numerous women, so your appearance is not so welcome.

I'd be interested in taking a beta testing position, if it would so please you. I'll be completely honest. I've never beta tested before, and I'm sure that causes a huge drop in my stock. On the other hand, I have done some hacking, I'm pretty familiar with the game mechanics, and I have almost no life, so that's a lot of time I could devote to rijonAdventures. I've got a sharp eye. There's really not a lot I would miss.
In any case, feel free to throw this out if you want. I'm sure there are plenty of more qualified people. On the other hand, you could give me a chance. We've all gotta start somewhere after all.

Hey there Hiroshi! Well I want to apply for beta-testing in this awesome hack. Why? Well because I love finding bugs, glitches and whatnot. I try to exploit every script to see what it comes out or happens.I barely miss anything, my experience with Pokemon mechanics and hacking allow me to detect some horrible glitches or things that can damage it.When I beta-test something, I devote my time and take it calmly, try to find those errors, report them and keep going. If I get to beta-test Rijon Adventures, it will automatically become my first priority. Heck, I can even dedicate to test it all day!The point is, Ive got the experience and time to do this.I think this is enough (xDD) Thanks.

Is this mart really all that useful? In rijonAdventures, the answer is yes.
So, what's funny is, that I thought of this idea before I saw it actually happening in Diamond and Pearl (honest!) but I never actually went into implementing it. That is, the marts are expanding their stock for every Gym you beat!
http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/5-marts03extra.png http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/5-marts03.png http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/5-marts04.png
Ever changing stock. More added?!
That's basically it. As you get a badge, you're valued more as a Trainer, so of course, you're going to have access to more items.
But wait, is that another guy at the counter there? Now, this is an idea I borrowed from Diamond and Pearl.

Probably just South Rijon. You already know Johto, and only a small portion of it is accessible anyway, so it's not worth it.

Cut is further ahead in the maze. You won't be able to use it if you can't get through the maze anyway - you'd need the second gym badge. And yes, you can get past that maze. Simply walk UP from where you see that shrub. You can't escape those trainers, either.

The third gym leader has only really appeared in the latest rijonAdventures beta, and his backstory isn't really all that large. Scott is an eleven year old Pokémon trainer. Actually, no, he's a Gym Leader of Jaeru City. And, despite his age, he's more than just a Gym Leader.
Scott is an electrician, and works at all sorts of places. Though he's seen with his retired father who tries to constantly tries to advise him how to work, he doesn't need it. He's that smart. And because he's often doing small electrical jobs, you may not actually be able to get to his Gym (in the final version, of course).
Oh, and, as his trade is electric work, his favorite kinds of Pokémon are also of the electric-type.[/css-div][/css-div]

Nicknamed “Karpman” in comparison to “Cartman” from South Park. His name is actually a pun of Magikarp. In rijonAdventures, a first name is revealed, but he'll still be known by the name Karpman throughout most of the game. Everyone knows him by that nickname.
Lachlan is the first gym leader you encounter in Rijon. His gym is located in Merson City. You'll find him to be a bit of a challenge depending on how well you've trained, and since his team consists of two water Pokémon, you might want to catch a Bellsprout if you picked Charmander as your starting Pokémon. Funny that, the Pokémon he uses in battle are very similar to the ones he used in Pokémon Brown…

Call it a design decision. In rijonAdventures, there's a new mart layout. However, a few people raised the objection to the green floor - if you've got an eye for Pokémon games, yes, the floor is taken right out of Ruby and Sapphire.
Now, some people say I should stick to the original blue mart floor, and some say I should use a green mart floor. Decisions decisions.
What do you guys think? (And why?)[/css-div][/css-div]

It's hard to tell, but I think the R/S mart tiles moved to FR is good because it makes it look bright.

April 21st, 2008, 08:02 AM
Decisions, decisions...
.......
As for my opinion on the mart to choose, I believe you should select the blue layout. Here's why... The blue mart has more of an organized layout, while the green seems to lack. What I mean is blue just looks more like a mart by all of what it contains, it has more showcases for food, like a real mart would be like. And really who has the fridgerated foods and drink behind the counter. The green to me just lacks color as well, it doesn't honestly look like a great mart to visit, and color again is kind of boring. Also, why need two counter assistants? When really, you only need just one, and possibly going back and forth between them can be a pain. The blue mart just seems more "rijon" to me. Well, that's my take on it.
Good luck and keep up the excellent work, Jake.

I, myself, prefer the green one. First, because the clearer colour is much nicer than the blue, specially in the shadowed areas. Second, because the counter is much more straight than the other one, which is a plus when in hurry. And finally, because it looks much more simplistic than the blue one that, sincerely, has too many things for my liking. That's my opinion.

I'd say go with the green, It decreases the amount of 'Busy" from the shop and help to create a more relaxed atmosphere. I also like the layout of having the counter in the middle like shown in the screen. you could easily place a special character in behind the counter on the left side for events (like how in D/P the guy in green appears to give you things like the manaphy egg)

Green would be more original, as the original FireRed, for some reason, chose blue as its main color for palettes, as most things I noticed are very blue. Also, LeafGreen never used green, so it would be a wise choice.
Therefore, since rijonAdventures' main color is green, you should choose green.
Oh, just to add a little suggestion to the green floor, you should make the green floor tiles look more like they are advanced. Maybe round the corners of each tile and then make the green fill in more, like how the blue looked in the past.

I'm not a fan of the Green tiles. I don't think they bode well with the FR tiles. Is there anyway you could post a RS mart just so we can compare? I prefer classic Blue, it looks good and theres nothing IMO wrong with it. Also, loving the game!

Well, the way I could tell it was Azelea town was by the design, and of course the colour choice for the houses. They give it that sought of feel, but I would of prefered purple or green :P. But the thing I like most is the balance, how you made all the pathways 3 tiles in width. Which is good. But the one thing I noticed about the screen is the fence next to the pc, I think hedges would look better, considering this one has way to much space and looks jumbled together.
But its an overall good :).

Well, I knew it was Azalea Town... Maybe because of the position of the gym and the PC? I realised it was a slowpoke only because I realised it was Azalea... so no Slopoke isn't the only thing.

Suggestion taken. I've actually taken to using the long hedges as a theme to this town, so the end effect looks like this.

I'm trying to get enough information so i'll know what to expect.
and is there going to be slowpoke well there or will something, like a cave- in, to cause the cave to be destroyed(along with some slowpoke)?
And is the gym leader of azelea(was it bugsy?) still going to be there or will his son or daughter take over?
Or will the gym just be closed due to something?
sorry for all these questions but i'm a really curious kind of person.

Since you asked so many questions, I'll answer them in the same fashion.
Yes. There's going to be a "murder case" involving the player, Bugsy, and some village residents. Kurt's long gone, so it's not him who's the "victim".
Kurt's granddaughter has taken to selling the various Poké Balls that she often carves.
Slowpoke Well still exists. Might not be as clean.
Bugsy still exists. He's all grown up. (And Whitney will be, too.)
There aren't any Cooltrainers known to be living around Azalea Town in the Metal Generation era, either.

But i have a few questions :P
- Is it a virtual time travel machine, or something like that? (The G/S/C tile)
- How do you make those cool posts?
- What is the mission that you have to complete inside the machine?
Anthony La
April 27th, 2008, 10:03 AM
It's not time travelling. The virtual reality simply looks very 8-bit (just like how when you put on a Virtual Boy, the world around you was red and black).
The posts I did are done using CSS, which is a fair bit of coding.
The mission in Virturia is a rescue mission, and the kidnapped person was testing Virturia before he got kidnapped by a computer virus. (I wasn't going to say that much, but ah well.)

I refuse to change the evolution methods around, but those Pokémon can still be obtained by possible means (in-game trading and one-off Pokémon chances).
Though, why wouldn't you want to trade still? Trading's become possible as of recent times anyway.

Just a few things on the current Beta...
Are you planning on changing the Pokemon names to small caps? I know you've done it with people and places, but what about Pokemon?
When your father gives you the Running Shoes it randomly uses a different name I think. I might not of been paying attention :P
Where the National Pass is required, south of Mason, the guard says "SOUTH Rijon". Should this be small caps?
Overall I have loved the game so far, the aesthetic changes are nice too. For some reason it reminds me of R/S :P
EDIT: Also, I'm sorry if you know this, but to the left of the southernmost house in Hayward City there is a hidden Rare Candy. When you pick it up you get eight Rare Candies :P This is fairly common place in hacks, I'm not sure what causes it...
EDIT 2: Just north of Hayward where you battle your rival the movement script only works well if you are right up against the left set of trees. If you are not your Rival will not talk directly to you and may end up walking through you!
Sorry about posting all these :P

I've gone and solved a lot of those errors already. It's not your dad with the wrong name - he's giving the shoes to the WRONG NAME (calling you "Nino").
I don't plan on decapitalising Pokémon names - that can be left to a patch if needed. Names of items, people, and other phrases, were decapitalised to conform with changes made by Nintendo of America's apparent new loathing of capitals (reflected in Diamond and Pearl, Fire Emblem, etc.). The attack names and items should conform with the way Diamond and Pearl has them.
You notice a Ruby/Sapphire feel? That's not hard to figure. I originally planned to give the game a Hoenn-like feel. XD
As for what causes the silly Rare Candy, AdvanceMap causes it. (That, and the rival error, are repaired [or should be] in the beta I'm seeding to testers.)
I appreciate the long comment you made. Makes me a little better-feeling after the boredom I suffered today. :x

rijonAdventures will be supporting a new patching format called UPS. This format allows for a much bigger ROM size (more for working on!). It's a new format that aims to also iron out the problems with the IPS format.
Read on to find out about why rijonAdventures will be using UPS and what benefits it provides.
Read more… (http://rijon.nintendo-net.com/rijonadventures/what/ups.html) (link to The World of Rijon)
(Note: rijonAdventures' public beta is not currently using UPS.)
Please spread the use of this format!
UPS needs a big kickstart to get working, and it takes support from a lot of hacks! If you're hacking a game, help the format out by changing from IPS to UPS.
And if you're hacking Diamond and Pearl or plan to in the future, the UPS format will be absolutely necessary to use![/css-div][/css-div]

I tried to explain on the page, but it seems you don't get it.
Anyway, UPS allows patches to be created for ROMs over 16 MB of size (which is a limitation of IPS).
(Warning: Following is technical jargon which you may not understand.) It's an open source specification (one whose author is known). And, unlike IPS (to which the many programs available might not patch properly), UPS aims to not be changed at all - it's a recommendation by its developer, byuu, that programs that use the UPS specification don't change the spec (hence, any proper UPS patching program will patch the same way, making no stupid errors).

Okay, just a few more things I picked up...
In the Owsauri Gym, if you head to the right and up the ice to battle the guy you will be on ice during the battle. This means that whilst the guy waks over to you normally along the ice, you slide and end up in a running animation while he is talking... It looks odd.
Also, maybe you gave the Owsauri Leader too many Super Potions. At first I was like, phew I'm glad I caught me a Growlithe earlier, but then I realised she had that stupid Lapras so I decided to Poison it. I was never able to get it down past half health as she has at least four Super Potions...
EDIT: In the Kids Clubhouse the kid with the GBA doesn't have a script. A child on the top story says "RED" as opposed to "Red" as well as saying "meed" instead of "meet".
EDIT 2: The guys that teach you the 'Mega' fighting moves say "MEGA KICK" and "MEGA PUNCH".
Also, one final thing. Although youhave moved many things around from FRLG, you can still tell that you've used them. I'm meaning things such as the Nugget Pass. It hasn've actually been changed. What IMO you should do is change the area from a long path into maybe some form of swerving path.

That's deliberate: Nugget Pass's layout intentionally reflects that of FireRed's, only because Brown's actually reflects that of Red's. And I'm not changing it.
Heck, it's a coincidence that the other side of the grassy areas with the ledges would remotely resemble the FireRed counter part as I had specifically blanked that part out.

also whats the ips method called when you put the rom and hack in the same folder and make them both have the same name to make them work cause thats what i use.
You simply download a UPS Patcher (http://www.romhacking.net/utils/519/)
Make a backup of a Fire Red ROM so you can still play the original if needed.
In the UPS patcher...
Select a copy of a Fire Red ROM, as the "Input File".
As the "Output File", call it something to remember it by, like Rijon Adventures Version <whatever>.gba.
Select the rijonadventures.ups file as the "Patch File".
Click "Apply".

In the Goldenrod City Game Corner, which recently received a renovation, there's a new game!
http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner01.png http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner02.png http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner03.png
This is a game of luck!
Put down a some of your money, and get coins. A bit devious, isn't it? But, you have to be lucky! In the screenshots above, the player can put down 500 yen in a game of chance.
http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner04.png http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner05.png http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner06.png
A variety of outcomes occur…
There are numerous outcomes dependent on chance. If you are unlucky enough to get “Bankrupt” (which happens often) then you'll lose your bet. If you get a “no bonus”, you don't lose your money. If you get any coins out of this, you still lose your bet but you get some coins out of it. On the table in the screenshot above, you can get 50 coins, but…
If you're lucky, you can get up to 250 coins! …on this particular table only, that is.
http://members.optusnet.com.au/itoshiki/rijonadventuresthread/screenshots/features-gamecorner07.png
2000 yen for 1000 coins max!?
There are different tables that bet different amounts. Perhaps you can fill your coin case much more easily?[/css-div][/css-div]

I have a question. Do you have to trade the pokemon like Kadabra for them to evolve?
Anthony La

Yes, and no.
The evolution methods of Pokémon do not change at all. However, it isn't impossible to get Alakazam either.

The first time you walk into the Seashore City gym, there's a surprise in store.
http://rijon.nintendo-net.com/rijonadventures/images/screenshots/people-sheral01.png
What kind of gym is this?!
The Gym Leader in this gym is Sheral. She's a Psychic trainer who you can fight in the beta. Speaking of the beta, the layout is slightly different between the final and the released beta.
The problem is now locating where she is in the gym.
http://rijon.nintendo-net.com/rijonadventures/images/screenshots/people-sheral02.png http://rijon.nintendo-net.com/rijonadventures/images/screenshots/people-sheral03.png http://rijon.nintendo-net.com/rijonadventures/images/screenshots/people-sheral04.png
Here? Here? Or here?
It's quite a large gym. She's in so many different places. They're not her. Who's the real one?

I love how you've just given me an idea. LEAK LEAK LEAK (Maybe I'll try that.)
The original concept is that the gym itself looks like Seashore, actually. It's not Seashore though, and there's maybe 15 people who look like Sheral around the fake town.

In the same folder as the ROM, there should be a .sav file. You gotta delete that, and any save states you may have for rijonAdventures.

I think so, its just supposed to be random stuff like what a person says or does, i'm not sure.
but i think its between 3-5 choices on average.
anyways i like the new updates, but it will be annoying fighting all the clones in the gym.

Hacks don't have to have new graphics just to look good. Scripts play a bigger part in making a hack unique then graphics do.

What's wrong with Fire Red tiles?
There are very few self-made or hacker-made tiles that are good.
His choice is a good one in my opinion.
I notice you ALWAYS say that to hacks without new tiles...

Of course not. Sprites are NOT graphics. Graphics are tilesets are something like that. Remove the Fire Red trees. I hate Fire Red trees(Note: It doesn't mean I hate Fire Red Graphics. Are there any updates?

Actually, sprites don't matter unless ur adding them.
The only important things r mostly, Scripts, mapping, and perfect events.
Anyways, how goes things HS? ^^

Um, the random command generates a random number and stores it into the LASTRESULT variable. I think the range can be set. By the way, if you are using XSE, you can check out the command database for it. It would be a good choice for making the chance of win random. Well, you may have different system... Oh, and I seem to be offtopic as this was said long time ago... Anyway, I just love the progress you made and the art Signomi has made for you. I am looking forward for final release. It will be so professional! w00t!

Why do you hate the Fire Red trees? I think they are far superior to the Ruby trees. In fact, I think Fire Red had onje of the best tilesets to far, only surpassed by Pearl.
