I need to breed my eevee so I can get all the stages of it, but I have a female and no male. I tried ditto, but it said they dont seem to like eachother. What else can I breed it with to make more eevees?

Ditto MUST work, it's just that the breeding will be slower than using a traded poke.

Well I just played for at least half an hour with ditto and eevee in the daycare, and nothing. It still says the 2 don't seem to get along.

Try a ditto with a different nature or any pokemon on this page here (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Category:Ground_group_Pok%C3%A9mon)

It dosen't matter if they don't like each other, they will breed.

Well I just finished training for nearly and hour, and still no egg with eevee and a different ditto. My eevee has a docile personality, and my current ditto is naughty. The old ditto was brave.

EDIT:15 minutes later they had an egg. It threw me off that it could take THAT long because it takes 2 of the same pokemon not 15 minutes to breed.
Thanks for the help!

Here is some good info for breeding and determining if you will get an egg and how fast.

To check how compatible your Pokemon are, talk to the Old Man. Depending on what he says, the chance of an Egg being produced can be determined. (Info from Super Creatures)

The two seem to get along very well = Same Pokemon Species and different Original Trainer = ~69.3% chance of an egg being made after 256 steps.

The two seem to get along = Same Pokemon Species and same Original Trainer or Different Pokemon Species and different Original Trainer = ~49.5% chance of an egg being made after 256 steps.

They don't seem to like each other very much = Different Pokemon Species and different Original Trainer = ~19.8% chance of an egg being made after 256 steps.

The two prefer to play with other Pokemon than each other = Not in the same Egg Group, Pokemon is unbreedable, or both Pokemon are the same Gender = 0% chance of an egg being made after 256 steps.

The Flame Body/Magma Armor trick and Everstone trick do not work in FireRed/LeafGreen; they were first introduced in Emerald.

Wrong section. The Breeder's Corner in the Pokémon Strategies and Movesets is where you should post any breeding questions. But since the question has been answered, I'll just close this rather than moving it to the right section.
