i have compleated my pokemon game emarald and i have not compleated the pokedex (not doing it) so what should i do and i have the rayquaza and groudon i still looking for kyoger but outher then that what shoud i do

Kyogre just in the Marine Cave north of Mossdeep, but first you must talk to the weather forecaster on Lavaridge. You must have a pokemon that can learn dive. Did you challenged the Battle Frontier champs??

Yes, try to breed, EV train and eventually end up with your dream team. Not anyone else's team, yours. :P Also, try to look out for shinies! These will be extremely helpful if you ever so want to complete your pokedex, seeing as alot of people will trade somewhat rare pokemon for shiny common pokemon.

When you caught Groudon, you obviously spoke to the researcher in the Weather Institute. Do the same for Kyogre, basically. Go catch some Johto Pokémon as well, by going in the new Safari Zone area, and also going to the Battle Frontier, Sudowoodo and Smeargle are available to catch.
