That's a lot of non attacking moves... I mean Jolteon doesn't even have 1 move that does damage... is there a reason for it?

I mean to me it seems like one huge stall party and Tyranitar and Dusknoir actually do the damage... odd... very odd...

I might replace thunder wave with thunder bolt but i dont really know which would be better

Not every pokemon needs to have an attacking move. Jolteon is a decent lead but if you face a Ttar, what are you going to do? Dusknoir is your physical wall but it'll get beaten by Crunch. Leafeon is a maybe but still, not even it can take Ttar down with Leaf Blade. In fact Leafeon is sort of a dead weight on this side. Also replace Dusknoir with a physical wall that can take on Ttar. Weavile threatens to sweep your side, so does opposing Ttar. The only thing that can wall CB Heracross is Dusknoir but you're screwed if CB Metagross or Garchomp comes along.

Erm, wrong. I have detailed why below.
Not every pokemon needs to have an attacking move.
Actually every poke needs an attacking move. What's gonna happen when jolteons the last poke remaining? Besides, Agilipassing is not very helpful, you're better of with just swords dance passing. So yeah, please give it thunderbolt if you insist on this set.
Tyranitar is also a bad choice. Your entire team is weak to sandstorm. Sure, you can give them leftovers, but you're severly limiting their potential by not giving them access to other items.
The EV spreads on your walls are just plain wrong. Blissey needs max defence if it plans on surviving. Go 40HP/252Def/212SpDef on Bliss and 252HP/80Def/176SpDef on Noir, WoW halves the opponents att so you dont need all that defence
Eww at trickroom on a non-trickroom team. Dusknoir can outspeed things, big whoop. That's not his job. Besides, if he goes out you've just subjected your sweepers to 3 or 4 turns of going last, and anything togekiss has paralysed will happily oblige in destroying your slower members. I'll find the standard Noir and post it here later

So yeah, there's quite a few problems. I recommend getting rid of one, if not both, passers and getting a spinner.

Roar or Grass Whistle allow you to pass out easier, due to not getting PHazed.

Poor dusknoir ._.

Only thing here here to benefit from BP , is Togekiss n T-Tar.......

You ARE very Weavile, T-Tar weak and garchomp causes problems. Put Ice Punch on Noir and add a Steel Type, Scizor would be nice, it can take t-tar, (Only those without Fire Blast) and weavile but make the dude bulky, it can Baton Pass aswell.

I would suggest CB on that Tyranitar set.
