Nah, none of them are really great. The Natures are off, and the IVs probably aren't good. Not to mention all the odd EVs they've gained over the course of the game.
As for your other team, you should post it. If you train your entire team before posting, and someone makes corrections, you'd have to rebreed, which is a huge pain. Just post your intended team, and we'll work from there.

Wait a minute, wait a minute. Are you breeding for Natures and IVs? And are you EV training them? If you aren't, then we really can't help you.

1. The Pokemon League sucks, as well as In-Game people. And don't go on about your friends, we don't care about that. For all we know, they could've been total newbs at competitive battling, which is usually the case.
2. As far as this team goes, without EVs (http://pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=123757) this Team will fail in Competitive.

Shouldn't you really be posting the team you're aiming for instead of the team you're training? That way we could get the best idea of what kind of team you want.

That reminds me, if he / she puts what kind of team she / he wants in the Request a Team / Indivdual Moveset Thread (http://pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=121104) would that make this all better? Or she could just post her / his future team.

o.O I guess I need to do serious training then.
And my aimed team is to get all the final evolutions to at least level 50 with good moves. I usually just use an exp. share while challenging the Pokemon league, which adds about 10 levels on average, but now they're gaining loads of levels it's taking more time.
I'll just teach them stat raising moves, because all this EV training just confuses me. I do fine without it really. I've got loads of money so I'll go try buying minerals...
Sorry for the waste of time. ='[
