Alrighty, I've been trying to build a decent team, and here is where it is so far.

Smeargle@Focus Sash
252 HP, 252 Speed
Hasty
-Counter
-Mirror Coat
-Endeavor
-Quick Attack

I basically love the idea of Countersash, and who better to pull it off? Relies on prediction to kill one Pokemon, and if I can switch out, and switch in to a Blissey/Other wall, and pull off Endeavor, followed by quick attack.

Donphan@???
???EVs
???
-Rapid Spin
-???
-???
-???

I've never used Donphan. Any ideas?

Garchomp@Choice Band
-Crunch
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-???

Need a fourth move. I must abuse it while I can.

Mismagius@??? (mayhaps a Life Orb.)
252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
Timid
-Thunderbolt
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Will-O-Wisp

It'll get devastated by Crunch, but if I can hit a Garchomp with Will-O-Wisp...

And I'm really not sure how to balance this team. It's been quite a while since I last battled.

Um, ROCK TOMB? SANDSTORM? Do you realize what bad information you're giving chaos11011?

Donphan needs Ice Shard for annoying dragons. EQ is pretty standard.

Garchomp is considered uber, therefore banned from standard play. But Sword Dance + Life Orb would be really good at sweepage.

I'd reccomend getting Electivire.

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Jolly Nature
Motor Drive
252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Thunderbolt
EQ
Ice Punch
Cross Chop

I believe that's the set I used.

IMO that's the worst Vire set you can use...I really don't get why people use Thunderbolt when Thunderpunch will be taking care of Skarmory anyways with the right item. Skarmory can't even hurt Electivire. I would run either the all-physical or mixed (the REAL mixed set).

Also, I would just scrap that Smeargle set totally. Smeargle is best used as a BPer.

I thought it was good :( But yeah, Quick Attack isn't really a good attack to use. There are better first hit moves if you need that.

Over all you should use my hints. NICE TEAM :)

Alright, no. There's a rule here that states you can't rate without knowing what you're talking about.

Ew, no. Countersash is kinda nice on paper, but in practice, it sucks. Why? Because you're sacrificing one of your Pokes before the battle even begins- even if it takes down an opponent's Pokemon, you still don't have an advantage. And that's assuming the trick actually works- Mixed leads or defensive leads laugh at this set, and weather effects (like Tyranitar's, who is a very common lead) absolutely ruin it. And don't mention that Endeavor/ Quick Attack crap, either- for one thing, Smeargle wouldn't be able to get in due to his piss-poor defenses + 1 remaining HP; for another, he needs two turns to use the combo, turns an opponent wont give you; and for last, no opponent will fall for it because THEY'RE NOT THAT STUPID.

Scrap him.

Donphan@Leftovers
252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Atk EVs
Impish
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard
-Stealth Rock/ Knock Off/ Roar/ Stone Edge

I've never used Donphan. Any ideas?

Standard, etc. Earthquake for STAB, Ice Shard for Dragons, and preferably another supporting move.

Garchomp@Choice Band
Jolly
252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 6 HP
-Crunch
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang

Need a fourth move. I must abuse it while I can.
Fire Fang so it isn't completely walled by Bronzong and friends.

Mismagius@??? (mayhaps a Life Orb.)
252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
Timid
-Thunderbolt / Hidden Power [FIGHTING]
-Calm Mind
-Shadow Ball
-Will-O-Wisp

It'll get devastated by Crunch, but if I can hit a Garchomp with Will-O-Wisp...
Garchomp is the least of Mismagius' problems. Its main threat is Weavile- he can outspeed, and rape Magius with STAB Night Slash/ Pursuit (Tyranitar also poses a similar threat). Hidden Power [FIGHTAN] can hit both pretty hard, so if you can, you may want to consider it. Also, replace Psychic with Calm Mind- Psychic has terrible coverage, and is only worth the spot if it's STABed.

And I'm really not sure how to balance this team. It's been quite a while since I last battled.

You're kinda missing an extra two Pokes there, pal. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v634/Gamerman/Image%20Macros/yelwacko.gif

I agree with those above. This is almost as bad as my team. BUT, don't get down as anything is better than mine, which IS REALLY THAT BAD. Take the advice above, it'll work

Eww, no. That strategy is laughed at by most, if not all, leads.
Scrap him.

Donphan @ Leftovers (Donphan@ Leftovers)
252 def/4 atk/252 HP
Impish
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard
-Stealth Rock/Stone Edge/Roar/Knock Off

I've never used Donphan. Any ideas?

Garchomp@Choice Band
252 atk/252spe/4 HP
Jolly
-Crunch
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang/Fire Blast

Need a fourth move. I must abuse it while I can.
Garchomp is Uber at the moment, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Mismagius@ Leftovers (Mismagius@ Leftovers)
252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
Timid
Thunderwave
Will-O-wisp
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt/HP [Fighting]

It'll get devastated by Crunch, but if I can hit a Garchomp with Will-O-Wisp...
Don't know what you were doing there, but above is the moveset I use(Not sure if there are better ones)

Edits in Bold.
P.S. You're missing two pokemon there?

Hrrmmm, this is a rather old thread...

I actually posted this before Garchomp was uber-ified.
The thread got locked, so I finished the team myself.

Yeah, I removed Smeargle. I'm currently thinking up another use for him, instead of BP or CounterSash. Although CounterSash works really well against one friend of mine, who ALWAYS fails to realize it's my CounterSasher (I have a Spore one I use alot).

Anyways, I turned it into a Sandstorm team.

Here are the Pokemon on it, and I'll post the sets later, because I'm running REALLY late.
(And I plan on sticking with these. I'll make them work, somehow)
Tyranitar - Sand Stream, Physical Sweeper
Aerodactyl - aka PresssureDactyl --> It actually works!
Cradily ---> Support
Omastar ---> Special Sweeper
Lucario ---> SkarmBliss Slaughterer and Backup Sweeper
Regirock ---> Physical Tank, I've always wanted to use one of these

It used to have Garchomp on it, but, yeah, it was moved to uber.

1) Pressuredactyl? As in, a staller? HAHAHA OH LOL NO.
2) Fighting moves kill this entire team. I know it's a Sandstorm team and all, but at least attempt to diversify your types.

Hey, PressureDactyl DOES work. I oughta battle you with it in a team.
And yeah, I know, it is slaughtered by Fighting. I was kinda half-asleep making this. I'm thinking of inserting a Hippowdon and a Skarmory.

If you want to use "PressureDactyl," give it Spikes and SR support. Otherwise you're just going to be outstalled by pokemon switching in and out letting you waste your own PP.

Yeah, I've just been looking at my options. I think I know what I'm going to do now.
