The profile above makes use of pastel colors and your typical cookie-cutter dashed bordering. A slightly darker purple for a link color on a light purple background is not too easy to read - the block headers are also very pale and lack definition. The profile lacks definition for the Primary and Secondary content areas, so it all blends in and looks messy.

At best, I can only really give it 4 points.

The color selection and the tones are very pleasant on the eyes and there are no unnecessarily bright colors. It's very monotone but it still looks nice.
