Vaporeon is notorious for Sub passing, passing just a single thing is fail anyways.
HP Ice > Dragon. Don't Shadow Ball and Psychic have similar coverage? ?_?
Zangoose is another case of similar coverage, the only thing being it has Pursuit and Shadow Claw.
Anywho, Relaxed on Forry for Gyro Ball to work to it's maximum potential.
I know I >3 power, but Adamant + LO + DD is overkill. <.<
Bold Nature on Vappy.
Just some stuff to consider.

On Jinjask I'd get rid of protect, and give it swords dance. Then you can pass it over to dragonite.

thx for the comments im going to work them into my team.
I was thinking on my ninjask to make it like my friends where i get rid of x-scissor and give it swords dance so it can pass both of the and not worry about takeing hits. But do you guys think thats good.
I know I >3 power, but Adamant + LO + DD is overkill. <.<
I know i wanted to make sure he gets the kill. :) but do you think thats to much?
I couldnt think of a fourth move for zangoose so i gave him shadow claw. can you help with a fourth move.
And i was told that this was the basic set for espeon if you could help with a better set that would be nice

Zangoose:expert belt
Jolly
252 att/252 speed/6 hp
Taunt
Shadow Claw
Persuit
close combat
Zangoose has plenty of attack So id go for Jolly to boost speed instead otherwise you'll keep getting outsped by other sweepers ,and maybe give it ariel ace. But I'm not too familiar with zangoose your better off asking someone else thats more experienced.
This is for the taunt then power move.
Forretress:leftovers
Impish
252 hp/132 def/126 (what stat did you mean 126 ev's into?)
Explosion
Stealth rock

Dragonite:Life orb/ Choice scarf. Prefferably scarf or you'll get outsped.
Adament
252 att/6 hp/252 speed
Dragon Dance
Dragon claw
Fire punch
Earthquake
Great, dragon claw + Fire punch = Nutural damage on all types.
The Dragon of the team.
Vaporeon:leftovers
timid
252 spd/252 hp/6 Sp.attack. It's not that reliable as a physical wall. And it would give you an extra boost in attacks.

Changes in bold. Btw sorry I didn't do this earlier I didn't have the time. And you may want some other peoples oppinions too seen as This is the 1st team I've ever rated properly.

Also when your using substitute try and make is so your HP is not divisable by 4 because then you will be able to use an extra one.

IVe finally finished my team and want to know what u think about it.
Ninjask:Focus Sash
Jolly
252 hp/252 speed/6 att
Protect
Substitute /Swords Dance
X-scissor
Baton Pass
Ninjask dies after one hit, so Lefties do it no favors. Focus Sash has a chance of working, however, if it's not screwed over by the weather.
Espeon:Choice specs
Modest
252 spa/252 speed/6 hp
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Hp dragon
Grass Knot
Espy doesn't really have the movepool to use Specs to its full potential. Go with Starmie, Porygon-Z, or Salamence for that.
Zangoose:expert belt
Adament
252 att/252 speed/6 hp
Taunt
Return/ Shadow Claw
Swords Dance
Return/[b] close combat
[b]Taunting without Swords Dance is kind of a waste. Also, fit Return on there somewhere.
Forretress:leftovers
Impish
252 hp/132 def/126spdef
Explosion
Spikes/ Toxic Spikes
Rapid spin
Gyro ball
Real men use Spikes. Toxic Spikes might not be a bad idea either, since noone on your team has a status move.
Dragonite:Life orb
Jolly
252 att/80 hp/178 speed
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Fire punch
Earthquake
I lurve Outrage. You may want to go max Spd, though- Nite doesn't have a weird base Spd, so you can't afford to slack off with his EVs.
Vaporeon:leftovers
timid
252 spd/252 hp/6 def
surf
wish
Baton pass
ice beam
A Special Wall doesn't invest EVs into Speed and have a +Spd nature. Go with a better wall, like Bliss or Snorlax.
so thats my team plz rate and coment.
Edits in bold, etc.
Don't Shadow Ball and Psychic have similar coverage? ?_?
... Um, no they don't. Psychic hits Fighters and Poison-types. Shadow Ball hits fellow Psychics and Ghost-types.

Ninjask:leftovers
Jolly
252 hp/252 speed/6 att
Protect/Swords Dance
Substitute
X-scissor
Baton Pass
Basic speed passing ninjask with a STAB move.
Fine I suppose; Consider Swords Dance over Protect if you're a daring littler person.
Espeon:Choice specs
Modest
252 spa/252 speed/6 hp
Psychic
Shadow Ball
HP Ice/Fighting
Grass Knot
Meant to come in hit hard and then leave.
Espeon's unique in trying this, although your choices are obvious. However, it does support good coverage.
Zangoose:expert belt
Jolly
252 att/252 speed/6 hp
Taunt/Return
Shadow Claw
Persuit/Return
close combat
This is for the taunt then power move.
Zangoose is pretty frail, so Taunting isn't always the best. I'd pop on a Choice Band with Return, Shadow Claw, Close Combat, and Pursuit. If this is the key target of the speed passing, then Expert Belt works too, but at that point, Aerial Ace can replace Pursuit for extra damage + Hera/Breloom coverage.
Forretress:leftovers
Relaxed
252 hp/132 def/126spdef
Explosion/Earthquake
Stealth rock
Rapid spin
Gyro ball
my defence wall.
If you care more about survivability, you can go quake over Explosion. Also, you NEED Relaxed in order to get maximum Gyro Ball damage. Also, just as an opinion, consider more EVs in Defense rather than sp.def.
Dragonite:Life orb/Lum Berry
Jolly
252 att/80 hp/178 speed
Dragon Dance
Dragon claw/Outrage
Fire punch
Earthquake
The Dragon of the team.
Credit for considering Dragonite. 10 points to you! However, you NEED Jolly to ensure you outspeed all competition (aside from already faster Scarfers) and Outrage is considerable. If you do so, Lum Berry plz so you don't get Confused on the first try, or even save you from status.
Vaporeon:leftovers
Bold
252 Def/252 hp/6 sp.def
surf
wish
Baton pass
ice beam
Special wall of the team.
Vappy doesn't make a great sp. wall. With only 95 base sp. def, it can't take the heavy punishment of Specs'd pokemon. That's my opinion. Also, a wall shouldn't Baton Pass very much.
so thats my team plz rate and coment.
Comments in bold; Aside from Vaporeon, get a sp.sponge like Bliss or Snorlax, or even Milotic. With Recover right there, it's instant healing. You could drop Ninjask or Zangoose to fit it.
No time to name a threat list; just scan over it.

Espeon: Choice Specs
Modest

Zangoose:???
Adament
252 att/252 speed/6 hp

Why would you EVER go with Brick Break over Close Combat? Also, Zan needs Return. It's pretty much his best move.
Forretress:leftovers

Real men use Spikes. Also, consider EQ.

Since Specsmence is the definition of coming in and hitting hard, you don't need Espeon much. Scrap him, preferably.

Thx for the comments. but a few things about ur comments. Nin jask uses sub so he always runs leftovers. Espy had specs on him but it started to hurtme alot and without it he has been doing better. Close combat was hurting zan and the type of zan im running doesnt have a use for return.Brick break kills almost anything after the nin pass anyways. Stealth rocks is ten times better then spikes because spikes dont hit the air and rocks do. forretress isnt fast enough to pull an earthquake off. For spec mence theres more then a choice spec for his item he can also be an ice resistance mence. and for the cradily i did say it was wierd but it works very well. I can see putting leftovers on him so im going to see if it helps. Just some stuff to consider when commenting on the team. But i still do appreciate the help guys. :)

Nin jask uses sub so he always runs leftovers.
Hmm... point.
Espy had specs on him but it started to hurtme alot and without it he has been doing better.
Maybe. Give him Life Orb if you need to.
Close combat was hurting zan and the type of zan im running doesnt have a use for return. Brick break kills almost anything after the nin pass anyways.
What the hell kind of Zangoose doesn't need Return? It does more damage than a SE Brick Break. Gimme one reason he doesn't need it.
Stealth rocks is ten times better then spikes because spikes dont hit the air and rocks do.
So? SR does crap damage to anything that doesn't take SE damage from it. With Spikes, you can at least stack them, or use Toxic Spikes (which DOES hurt- trust me).
forretress isnt fast enough to pull an earthquake off.
And yet he's suddenly fast enough to pull an Explosion off?
For spec mence theres more then a choice spec for his item he can also be an ice resistance mence.
... Ice resistance Mence? No. Mence may be a tad bulky, but Dragonite or Garchomp do that better. Mence is pure offense- if you're going with a Specs set, you'd damn well better be giving him Specs.
and for the cradily i did say it was wierd but it works very well.
Hmm... Cradily's really meant to be used in a Sandstorm. Also, he gets Recover, which every wall loves, so put that on over Energy Ball. Also, max out the HP EVs.
Comments in bold, etc. etc.

Ok ill explain it Zangoose brick break because of the reflescts and barriers ive been running into lately. Dont know it might just be my luck but ive seen them alot. I cant use return because it doesnt fit into my set any where. He taunts walls pursuits thing brick breaks barriers and has a dragon coverage. you have to use explosion befor he gets so low that hes going to die from 1 hit. when hes going to die in 2 hits then u use it. Actually for the ice resistance mence has destroyed his main enemy weavile so that tells me right there he is good with the berry. Like the espeon item and the cridily fix im going to do those and see how they work.

Go Life Orb if you don't want to get locked into one move and switch out a lot. However, with RS, you could try specs.
Zangoose:Expert Belt
Adamant/Jolly
252 att/252 speed/6 hp
Taunt/Return
Ice punch

Brick Break
This is for the taunt then power move.
Lacking STAB will really hurt you to be honest. In fact, did you know that STAB Return will do more than a super effective Brick Break (barring Expert Belt, in which makes it stronger on a super effective hit). I still think Zangoose is too frail to taunt.
Forretress:leftovers
Impish
252 hp/132 def/126spdef

Fine; still be wary for this set may not sponge as good as other sets.

No, Timid is the most utter failure on a Cradily ever. Also, it can't sponge sp.atks unless a sandstorm is active. At this point, it's just a mixed wall. You NEED Recover, or it's not a Cradily wall.
so thats my team plz rate and coment.
More comments in bold; For you, using Snorlax, coupled with Forretress, would make a fine combination. Thick Fat absorbs fire damage like nothing, especially special-related. For Salamence, if you REALLY wanna keep most of those moves, try something crazy (I'm thinking this up right now.)
Salamence@Yache Berry
Mild/Rash
252sp.atk/(Speed should be near max, but not max; unsure of exact numbers.)
Brick Break
Flamethrower
Hydro Pump
Dragon Pulse
This set will take down Weavile with Brick Break if you somehow live, and you could run calculations for an ensured 2hko on Blissey. It's worth a try, but someone like D.Azelf or Anti Pop can give you a moveset.
